With hair like that, he probably doesnt give a ****
about the junk in the bed of his truck falling on the cars
behind him.

Why should he care?. If the tire slides out and into somebody's
windshield and 4 people are killed, the law will say "hey pardner - he
didn't mean to kill nobody so it don't count."

I don't think so. In spite of the crap in the back of the truck without
the tailgate, this vehicle appears to have operational lights, as well
as having reasonable lane placement. Somehow or another I don't think
Judy's capable of maintaining a vehicle in that good of shape, or
maintaining reasonable lane placement.
