Default MOFOCO Bug fest this Saturday

Is anyone going this Saturday? Last year it seemed smaller than usual. :-(
Just want to know before I bother going there. I usually pick up some parts
and a few T-Shirts.
Love to see pretty VWs too. It tries to inspire me to redo my 70 Beetle.
;-)

later,
dave

Unfortunately, this is also the last one. I'm gonna miss it.

I plan to be there. Look for a type 3 invasion T-shirt.

http://www.mofoco.com/bugfest.html
Union Grove Wisconsin.
It seemed smaller than last year and I got there early this a.m.

Next year they are not calling it a "Bug" Fest since they will be inviting
more vehicles to participate. So it should be much larger!! 8^)

I seem to remember that someone used to post a lot of the different VW shows
around the USA. Is that site still active?
I was told that there was another show in maybe Michigan on Sunday?? Is
this correct?

Mofoco is only changing the name so the show will be bigger next year, but
it should allow more vehicles to participate.
We shall see. <g>

Sorry, I got there late, around noon. I picked thru the swap stuff
looking for useful type 3 goodies. I ended up with a few things, but
almost nothing that I was really looking for.

There was a type 3 Ghia there, but I never saw the owner. It had WI
plates and looked well loved, but it also looked like it had led a
hard previous life.
