And in fact, this vacation we have an RV for our first week from July,2nd to July 9th, from San Francisco to Las Vegas. But we only take an RV for a short period, because it has some disadvantages: - you have to pay for every mile you drive - there is a high one way rental (we avoided the $375 for SF to LV by booking ealy) - it's difficult to drive in cities with the bulky RV So taking it for a week and staying in the wildnerness (Yes we got Campgrounds in Yosimete HURRAY) is perfect, but for a longer time, well...
