Default SCAR demo issues with Logitech Momo Racing Force wheel?

Did any owner of a Logitech Momo Racing Force wheel here care to download
the demo of Squadra Corse Alfa Romeo?

http://www.blackbeangames.com/?act=g...=scar&ope=demo

From what I read on the bhmotorsports forum it's not a great game, but since
I'm a huge Alfa Romeo fan, I want to give it a try anyway.

However, the demo version doesn't seem to recognize the pedals of said
wheel. It happily accepts the steering wheel for left/right, paddles for
shifting gears, and other buttons on the wheel for various functions, but
just won't see the accelerate and brake pedals....

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi,

I have a Logitech Momo Force (Red), and it worked fine with the SCAR demo.

The demo is no GTR, but it does a nice job of weight transfer and FF.

The graphics are not crash hot.

With all the details bumped up, I think it's very nice. Especially clever is
the way the far off photo-realistic scenery gets nearer and comes into view
as you approach it. The car models themselves could be better, that's
agreed, but overall it's a good game with more than decent eye candy.
You must have "Depth of Field" and "Cubic Environment" checked on the setup
screen and a capable vid card.(X800Pro itc)
Car handling feels like an improved STCC 2...no bad thing in my book. Force
feedback is a bit crap. Keeps crashing the game at random intervals when
it's enabled.
