GM 3.6 liter Shut Off While Driving and Won't Start

GM 3.6 liter Shut Off While Driving and Won't Start

Driving 70 Miles an hour,the engine shut off and a message appeared
that said "Hot... AC Disabled"

I checked the radiator and the fluid was cold (20 mile ride).

I replaced the Thermostat, tried to start the car, it cranks over
but won't start and I get the same Hot...AC Disabled message
Please help.
