Default Cam specs

Does anyone know what this cam is?
Part numbers on it are 12-241-5 the letters CC and R on it, and H1228-06?
Looks to me like a Comp cams lift rule cam for oval track but I can't
find the exact specs, looking for duration at .050" and lobe separation
mostly, I already know it's a .420" lift.

Thanks for any help.
