Default Help need w/t 98' Explorer

Hi all,
to make the story short , I was experienced problems with my steering. when
truck is loaded , trying to steer to either direction, oil from steering
pump start to spit out and steering wheel getting shaky moves while
steering
I replaced steering pump
I replaced steering rack , followed the instruction that came with , getting
air out of the system.
It was fine for a day and the problem came back getting hard steering and
oil spits out from refill cap.
I'm thinking replacing pressure hose to the rack

Any ideas ?
Thanks

I think oil comes out when steering wheel is turned and engine is not
running.Shakiness sounds like trapped air.Jacking up and running is how I
bleed air from the stang, turning stop to stop.
