Default Mobile 1 ATF for Accord

Hi,

Does anyone know it is OK to use Moble 1 synthetic ATF fluid for auto
trans for Accord? I just uesd moble 1 ATF for my Toyota, it made the
shift smoother that I can feel it. Since Honda ATF fluid at my local
Honda dealer is $5.89 a qarte, and Moble 1 ATF is $5.99 in Wal-mart.
Moble 1 may prolong the life of trany. I have seen more trany fail than
engine fail in older cars and cost of trany repair will be more than
resale value of the whole car.

What year Accord is it? If the owners manual specifies using dexron 2 or 3
the mobile 1 should be fine. But if it specifies Honda Z-1, I would only use
the Honda atf.
