Default 94 Accord missing after accident

After a minor accident (just some bumper damage) where I was rear-
ended, my 94 accord EX (4 cyl vtec) is running rough. It misses from
1,900-2,200 RPM under load. Without load, it is fine. The car has
~230,000 miles on it. No CEL.

Mileage has dropped from 32MPG to 28MPG after the accident.

It's been a while since the car had a major tune up. I'm thinking
changing the cap/rotor/wires/plugs may help some. I've also read that
the EGR port could be clogged. Maybe the accident knocked some carbon
loose?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated!

Thanks
