Default how to remove beetle driver's seat

It slides forward only so far then hits some sort of stop.
got the passenger's seat out fine. Help. Speedy.

there is a little spring steel "stop"....look for it...it is what stops the
forward motion...it is located on the seat track...push it down and push
seat forward....
