1996 Accord Lx V6 Engine RPM surging ?
After driving in highway for 15 minutes or longer, the engine speed meter starts moving back and force, i can feel the engine RPM surging, the vehicle got some "pulsing" effect, after a while , "pulsing" symptom disappear, but feels like the acceleration become slugish, since engine speed meter still moving back and force, (well, most of the time , stays at 0), i don't know what RPM the engine is at. It seems like i have to shutdown the engine, let it completely cool down, before the engine meter come back to normal again. And in hot weather, this problem happen pretty quick after i get on the road. A while ago when the weather is cool, it didn't happen on my way to work(30 miles high way). Can anybody give me some hints on this? Thank you! ls -- ls00722 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ls00722's Profile: http://www.usenetcars.com/member.php?userid=4245 View this thread: http://www.usenetcars.com/showthread.php?t=604603 |
