softtop snaps, while driving

while drivinbg over the rivers and through all the woods,
my wife was getting realy bugged by the rattling of my bow-snaps
rattling,(and yes one mosqueto drives her nuts)
i was thinking of shoving some wax in the buttons,
any good ideas? to get them to stop rattling?

"Old FuddyMucker", as we got there covered in a nice deep layer of
brown mud,\the lettering keeps it legal,,,
