A front engine Bug?

Looking for details on how to convert a Bug to a front engine drive.

I am interested in developing a hybrid with the following powertrain.


Engine>lockable freewheel>armature shaft>clutch>transmission>diff

Advantages:

Motor power engine stopped.
Engine power turning non-powered motor
Both engine and motor power
Motor starts engine
Motor need not reverse to reverse car, uses transmission reverse
Clutch is safety for motor runaway.
