Default Proper Air Pressure for 1995 Jetta 14" wheels..

Hey-
I have a 95 Jetta III with 6Jx14" ET45 still rims (base model).
I have 195/60/R14 tires all around and was wondering what the
factory spec for PSI was....
The owners manual says there should be a sticker on the drivers
door jam, but there is only one sticker and it lists gross vehicle weight
and nothing else.

Anybody have a Chilton's Haynes or Shop Manual with a definite answer?
Thanks
Tim Richter

You may want to check the glove box and the gas cover.

try the gas cap door. Or, if you feel lucky and brave then do 30psi for all
tires.

My '97 Jetta TDI has the same size tires. The inside of the driver door
says 26 lbs.

They are certainly quiet at that pressure, but I usually run them at 35 to
get a little better fuel economy.

regards,
KEL

My 95 Jetta has a sticker on the right rear door jam. The recommended
pressures:

Half load: Front 30, Rear 29
Full load: Front 33, Rear 38
