If this was me, I would laught it off. Not a big deal. If it really
bothers you, you need to speak to the cops boss. Be polite, and you might
even get an apology.

I second that.
There's no reason to be upset with the cop. I've been known to make
commentary but I don't have a PA and I don't shout it so I am rarely
heard

Maybe you got it all wrong. He was complementing you for how well you
recovered from the situation. He meant it in a nice way. He didn't think you
were physically beautiful. He thought you did a beautiful job of getting
your car out of there without requiring his intervention.

Consider the statement as shouted over a bullhorn *and* with a thick
Boston accent...

Is there any way to construe it other than sarcastic?
