91 Honda Civic Hatchback
Hi!
I just bought a '91 Honda Civic hatchback which was cared for very well. All of a sudden the steering wheel began to shake like crazy! It seems to happen most around 25- 45 mph. It doesn't happen when I break, just while driving. It is slightly pulling to the right as well. Can anyone tell me what this problem might be? I believe the struts and shocks are newly replaced. I am currently working in a casino far away from home. I bought this vehicle to get back and forth from my home to the casino, but now I am afraid to drive it and I do not know of any mechanics in the area that are trustworthy! Thanks so much! Mine stopped working after Y2K - it must have not been compliant. Right now, I can see what the weather was like in 1906, which doesn't do me any good. |

To give you a REAl answer....
Check the upper ball joints. They typically go bad on these Hondas, and isnt always noticed. -SP wrote: > Hi! > I just bought a '91 Honda Civic hatchback which was cared for very > well.
