Coolant Drain of 99 Honda Civic VP?
not on any gen 6 civic I have worked on (about 10 or so, and I'm in the great
white north.) goddam block heater is usually in one of the expansion plug holes on the backsid of the engine near the oil filter. the drain cock should be on the lower driver side of the rad in the 99. t 'Curly Q.
