Default Panel Removal

Hey, folks.

Like I said in another thread, I just got my first '98 Explorer
on Saturday. Today, apparently something has gotten into my
right rear plastic panel and is rolling around driving me nuts.

How hard is it to remove this panel, and can someone tell
me how to go about it? There's noithing in my Haynes
manual, and Google turned up nothing.

TIA

Roach
