update (crap)

75 coupe, damaged left front.
Insurance co is going to fix it. Repair estimates
almost 7K, and they didn't total it!
Shop is experienced in vettes, and showed me some
pics of other vettes they've done. I'm going to pay the shop
the difference to get a better paint (pearl white), and they
have no problem with that. They even said they might be able to make up
the difference by getting a lower cost bumper cover.
I really expected to get hosed, but it looks like everything will be OK.
