don't go to wheel works on franklin in san francisco people. not only
are they incapable of using a torque wrench, they cross threads on your
wheel lug nuts so badly, they need replacing. i'm not a happy camper
right now.

You shouldn't go to ANY Wheel Works.

At least your lug nuts were tight. Three of my tires started wobbling
on the way home and the left rear tire was about 12 degrees off
alignment. This was on the second visit, after they put truck sized
valve stems on the stock alloy rims of a Honda Civic HX.
