There you go Frank! I think our buddy Jasper needs to either try to be
helpful or just ignore a thread if a thread bothers him so much. In fact if
he can't take your 'attitude' he could ignore all of your posts I guess.

Anyway Jasper, you might note that nobody else around here is berating
someone for discussing questions or problems with their Miatas. In fact, I
think that's exactly what this forum is intended for. Jump right in with
your own issue or try to be helpful to someone else but please don't tell
someone else that they aren't 'upbeat' enough about their car, that's just
ridiculous.

OK Frank, I will take that as a good post for you. I like to think on
the plus side of things and you are sure free to think and post any
way you care to. Lets pretend that I did not respond to your post and
go on with life.

Jasper

Now you're talking sense ;-)

I've caught the edge of the 'dead pedal' while trying to get to the
clutch more than once on my MSM. I've not had that issue with my 97.
I've not actually measured the distance from the edge of the dead
pedal to the edge of the clutch pedal but I can on both cars and see
if there is a difference....if you want to know.

......but not until later, it's too damn hot in the garage right
now.

A ding and a few scratches on the front shroud. That's about it.

No need. I don't think my foot swelled when I got rid of the '96 and got
the MSM.
