Default rfactor bmw f1 sound fix

The BMW F1 (and the original F1) race cars in rFactor have an annoying
(to me) ticking sound in the wav file for these cars, most noticable after
every gear shift. I thought it was related to the gear shift, but it's
just a ticking sound in the first 1/2 second of the sound file. I removed
this leading part of the sound file and created a replacement and a backup
of the original in this zip. Just extract to the main game directory (the
zip has the proper subdirectories:
