Passat 1.6 TD - water loss
Have 1990 Passat-after 200-300 miles car overheats because of water loss
through expansion tank. No evidence of water in oil or oil in water. Any suggestions? |

Could be a stuck thermostat. Does the elec. fan kick in? If not then there's
no flow via the radiator due to the closed thermostat. SFC "jrg2004" > schreef in bericht lkaboutautos.com... > Have 1990 Passat-after 200-300 miles car overheats because of water loss > through expansion tank. No evidence of water in oil or oil in water. Any > suggestions? > |
