Default 1993 VW Passat GL

Folks,

My mechanic put dry gas into my fuel tank.
The car now runs extremely sluggish.
Can dry gas clog the fuel system?
How can I clear it?

Perhaps it cleared up some debris which clogged it?

I drove a Passat once, it felt pretty sluggish too...
