Default 1994 Saturn SL2 Anti Lock

I just had to replace the master cylinder on my 94 SL2 ( with Anti-
Lock ) ...I replaced the Master Cylinder since the brakes needed to be
pumped to avoid the pedal sinking ...other than that problem, the
brakes / anti-lock were working fine ...rotors, wheel cylinders, etc.
all ok ...never any warning lights.

Since I replaced the Master Cylinder, the Anti-Lock light is on and
also the Brake light ...there original "sinking" problem is
gone ...plenty of pressure, however, it sure feels like only the front
or just the rear brakes are engaging rather than both.

When I replaced the Master Cylinder, I had to remove the Anti-Lock
package from the old Master Cylinder. The only way was to remove the
plastic plate on the bottom of the Anti Lock exposing three
gears ...three TORX screws between the geras released the Anti-Lock
packagae from the Master Cylinder ...everything came apart and went
back together without incident ...bled the system, plenty of pressure
and all seemed fine ...just the problem described above.

Does anyone know if there is some special process to bleed or 'reset'
the anti-lock or the anti-lock gear mechanism ...can't think what else
would cause this problem unless it is an issue of my having not
properly bled the system.

Thanks.
