1992 Buick Century - Preventative Maintenance

A big hey to all the folks in this newsgroup.

I currently own a 1992 Buick Century Custom V6 3.3L (Burgundy no
less!), my "youthhood car" that was given to me last year. I have
control over this vehicle like it was my own arm, and really for some
strange reason enjoy driving it.

The day is probably going to come over the next two years that my dear
Buick will become my SECOND nostalgia car. These thoughts have
prompted me to think right now about things I should consider as either
preventitive or smart-money maintenance.

What are some things that I should look out for with this specific year
& model? Is there a common list of things this car tends to fail on as
it gets older?

So far I've had the harmonic balancer replaced and the alternator seems
to croak every fourish years. The electrical has always been
questionable, but hasn't ever sacrificed the car's main ability to
drive.

To date, my little (big) buick hauls on the highway, gets relativley
decent mileage and only has troubles in winter. 200k kilmetres in!

I hope to keep this little tank going for a while and I'm now trying to
research a good regime for it.
