One can use a brief toot or a long blare.

It's a WARNING device.You seem to be more worried about a "relationship"
than possibly colliding with her,which may not make for a good
"relationship".

I'd rather giver her a "clue" about her poor driving and near collision.
I also note that she's lived there already for some part of a YEAR.
If you don't have some sort of neighborly "relationship" with her by
now.....
