Nascar Racing 2003 Help

In Nascar Racing 2003, Opponent manager there is a place to change Ratings.
Does anyone know if there a utility that will work with changing the rating
so you can see all of them at oncel instead of individually. I would like
to be able to manage the rating in a much easier way.

Yep. You can set your opponent's skill level for all drivers at once in
the race setup menu.
