You can still be sued, but a "no contest" plea can't be used as evidence
against you.

No need to thank me for correcting your posting mistake, Aunt Judy.

Bbbbut, it's nobody's fault. Supposing the deer was real. Whose fault
would it be then?
The teens should be given medals for warning others of the dangers of
the road.

Give em all medals and throw the judicial system in jail. They're the
real villains.

Heaven forbid the poor judge should sentence the star football player before
school starts.
If the school lost their games, the judge would be looking for another job.

Rationally it would be the idiot who posted the original article.

these kids did is no big deal.!!!!!!!!

Ahole yourself.
The only culprit is the deer, but it's not responsible for much because
it's protected by being handicapped.
Other than that the driver is next to blame for driving into anything.

You know, insurance companies don't surcharge for accidents involving
hitting animals, so there you go. Everybody gets off and we all pay the
bill.

The judge has no business sentencing anyone. Supposing instead of the
deer there was a cop handing someone a ticket that got hit.

Would it be the cop's fault for being there?
