Default Got a little bit a snow here in NJ, fun to drive in...

Well yesterday we got some snow here in NJ. I suppose about 10"-11". It
wasn't too bad to clear the car off and shovel the driveway. It was fun
driving in it last night. I went out for an hour and just drove around. I
love the way everything looks covered in snow. The sound is great too.
Everything is so quiet, but in a weird way sound carries. My car sounds so
cool in the snow too... It's a soft and mellow muffled sound, but sounds
very nice and reflects all around.

My car stops, goes and even corners quite well in the snow. I love these new
tires (BFGoodrich Radial T/A). They are better than I expected in the snow,
and handle excellently in the rain. From watching other drivers it seems
like my car is better than most other cars I see in all aspects on the snow.
Probably from the weight, ride height, and the new tires with a good tread
design. Hell, I drove down a couple roads last night that weren't plowed and
didn't get stuck or anything. It was pretty fun.

I enjoyed it. Today after the plows got all the roads and the sun shined and
salt and such most of the roads are down to pavement again and all that's
left are big piles of snow everywhere. It was fun while it lasted. I always
enjoy a little bit of snow, though I kinda wish we actually got a decent
amount. Well, I had my winter fun, now I can't wait for spring. heh heh I
don't enjoy kicking all the snow/mud from off the frame, wheel wells, and
quarter panels every time I get out of the car. Gotta do it though,
especially the quarter panels and frame rails. The '65-'68 Galaxies are
notorious for rusted out frame rails under the doors. Gotta keep mine nice
and solid. Well, I hope spring comes soon...

Cory
