Spilled coffee seen as cause of fatal head-on crash

Guy dies in a head-on crash on an undivided highway (CA 121) near
Sonoma, California. Apparent cause was someone looking down after
spilling coffee on his lap. He escaped with minor injuries but the
driver of a Mercury sedan is killed in a head-on collision. I
believe this was near Infineon (Sears Point) Raceway.
