Default Dodge Neon blowing fuses UPDATE!!!

Previous post::

1995 Dodge Neon keeps blowing fuel pump fuses. I replaced it and drove it
back home and it died (popped the fuse) in the driveway. Put in another
fuse.....popped when I put the car in gear. Not going to put in another
fuse at this point.

Is the fuel pump on its way out?? That is what I suspect, but just trowing
it out there to see if anyone else has seen this problem, or could point me
to another viable cause.

New post:

Pump is not the problem. Pump and filter changed today...still blowing
fuses. Need to find a wiring diagram and go at this with a meter. Any
other ideas??

Fuel pump fuse is the fuse for the ECU. I cant keep a fue in long enough to
test ECU but my best guess is a bad ECU. any thoughts?

> Yes disconnect the the fuel pump and then try to start it to isolate if

the pump is causing it to blow or something else. then plug the pump in and
see it it blows, my guess the pump is the problem.
