I'd like to think so

Rough translation: Don't fiddle with it unless you have toes that can
double as fingers.

I have no idea where Tony B Liar went to school, but it was years after I
had grown up and become a big boy :-)

I have asked Mr Flipflops about his footering habits. He introduced the
term. I simply offered a friendly warning about people footering with
things they don't know, and the possibility of it ending in tears.
It is possible that it could be an obscure sock-fetish thing :-)

One of my keys has just packed up - they want 100gbp to replace and
reprogram. After copying both V5 and driving licence to them (proof of
ownership I suppose), they want a key code. Can I find that anywhere? Oh
no. Without it, they want 235gbp for a 'virgin' remote receiver!
I think this is ******** - I'm not the first person to need a
replacement key without the code - I thought the Bordeaux key was there
for that purpose.

I was under the impression that AR read the existing code from the "chip"
under the bonnet with their laptop. Then programmed the new key to match.
