Costs more to mount/balance ultra high performance tires?
A mechanic told me that it would cost more to mount/balance my GoodYear
F1 GS-D3 tires than the other regular times. He said it is more difficult to balance these ultra high performance ones. Is this crap or is he legit? I thought mounting and balancing is pretty much the same for all tires. Thanks. |

When I had a car that used H rated tires, I was never charged extra.
