Default A Blog About Making Money With Your Hobby

The Making Cash On The Web blog ( http://www.makingcashontheweb.com )
is a serious attempt to compile useful information about making money
on the internet. It is a combination of things that I have learned
myself, as well as information culled from other sources. It is NOT
about get rich quick schemes, or wierd marketing programs. I am not
going to sell you anything. I don't want your email address. There are
no popups or banner ads. What you will find is information on how I used
the web to make money from my hobby. My two hobby sites ("Making Cash"
not included) generate nearly $1,000 a month.

The site also is aimed squarely at the novice. I intend to explain
things in plain and simple language. If you're an experienced webmaster
making thousands a month on the net, you're not going to learn anything
here. If you're new to the idea of using the internet as a money
making proposition, you should first check the Getting Started page. If
you've already got a website and just looking for tips on how to
maximize your site's potential, feel free to browse.

Why am I doing this? When I was getting started, a lot of complete
strangers helped me get started. And when I had questions or problems,
others put in their own free time to answer them. I also was burned by
people who try to sell you information that can be had elsewhere for
free.

So I've decided to pass it all on, free of charge.

"Relaxed yet enthusiastic, planned yet unrehearsed, intimate yet
unobtrusive, but above all, fun." ;-)
