I imagine that he was intended to be a partial birth abortion, but was born
with his head so far up his rectum that the doctors were unable to drill the
hole in his head. Which explains the odd acronym on his Certificate of
(unintended) Live Birth. Head Up Rectum, Can't Access Skull to Terminate.
