some marketing ploy, or these people who want to buy a car don't want

I had a 1 month Carfax subscription and found the
information provided to be at best mediocre. For a couple of
cars I was looking at, it did reveal they had a rebuilt
vehicle title, but otherwise the data provided was spotty. I
did think the one month subscription was a good deal for
someone who was looking at many cars. The one time look-up
is over priced.
