So to follow up, what weight oil is in it? IIRC the lightest spec'd for
the 2.0l is 10w40, but I've always run 20W50 in it since it seldom gets
below freezing where I live long enough to need 10w40.

If that's not it, maybe the oil pressure sensor or it's wiring is toast?

If those aren't it, I see larger expenses in your future
