I had a similar problem once. If the car is on
your personal property.
Call a wrecker company and ask them if they
want the car. If they will tow it, for it, all you
have to do is leave a note on the windsheild
that the car is abandoned and is to be moved.
Note has to be on the car for 24 hrs. The
wrecker co. can tow it and claim legal
ownership in lieu of fees. (tow and storage)
I'm in Tx. not Wi., so the law might vary. Call
your sherriff dept.

DO NOT push it out on a rural road and try to make it someone elses
problem. God help you in a civil suit if someone hits it and gets
injured.
