I also live in Toronto and I'm surprised you were able to get above 20 kmph
on the DVP. I would love to drive above 20 kmph there because it's a very
snakey type of highway. I don't think there is a straight stretch anywhere.
It would be great to cruise along at about 120 or so What day and time
were you able to drive at those rare speeds?
