Trials are for criminals. These are enemy combatants that, due to their not
wearing uniforms, don't even meet the Geneva Convention definition of
"soldier". IOW, anything they get short of of death is a gift on our part.

Get over it. They'll be released when the war is over. So what if that is 100
years in the future? The terrorists should give up for the sake of their
captured bretheren, and cease hostilities so we can all go about our daily
lives, including the detainees.

Its up to the terrorists, really.
