You Americans need a Berlin Wall set-up. Keep the Mexicans IN Mexico.
The net result will be a lack of unskilled labour, but that will raise
the cost
of unskilled labour and entice some Americans (who won't now do the
jobs)
into doing those jobs because the economic return will be there.
