OK,,, that tells us the motor should be OK. Did you do this at both switches
or just the one? If it did this at both switches, we also see that both
switches are getting power.

To eliminate the possibility of a bad switch, swap the rear switches side
for side and see if the problem follows the switch. If that does the trickm
simply replace the switch. If the problem persists, let me know and I can
give you wire colours to check, best place to check, etc.
