Fan switch is stuck. I can't remember if it has a seperate switch or
whether it's done through the tmeprature sender, but look down on the
radiator and see if you can find an item with two wires leading to it.
Unplug it and the fan should stop.

If that doesn't work, it's probably a stuck relay - have a look at the
relay listing panel and see if there's one that does the fan. Tap it a
few times to see if it unsticks.
