Hi, i have a 1999 Alfa 145. Its a lovely car but with one really annoying
problem. Every time i get into the car i have to drop the seat back down as
it seems to raise itself up when i get out. Its a gradual thing and probably
takes 30 minutes for it to go up, but is very annoying.

I took a look under the seat but could not see anything to tighten / adjust.

Does anybody know how i could fix this problem...
