I've got a broken ICS unit in my 166 (actually its only the backlight
that's gone but nobody can fix it!). Alfa want > £1000 for a recon
unit, but I'd much rather keep the cash and get a cheap unit from
specialist breaker.

This presents the problem of retrieving the unlock code for the thing
given just the serial number on the Siemens/Becker unit itself. Can
anybody help me out here? Are there any companies that offer such a
service? Does anyone know the algorithm!?
