Wow! That's good to know. Now I feel stupid too! LOL But my truck
really did/does have a problem. It would not accelerate while driving
down the road all of a sudden the other day. I was barely able to make
it back home. Also the air conditioner cut out at the same time. I'm
thinking the truck's brain box may cut out the air if there is another
problem - hoping anyways. I decided to try the cheap things first and
since it acted like a fuel filter I changed it out but I never drove
the truck afterwards. Just tried to rev it up in the driveway. That's
when I noticed the 3000 RPM clip. LOL So it may actually be fixed with
the fuel filter .............. I'll take it out on the road later and
see.
