Plug the other ones if you have s stripped down system. One is intake
manifold vacuum, one is distributor advance that will pull in (vacuum
can on distributor) when you open the throttle. The other one is
probabally for recycling emission to help keep that California air
sparkly clean. I have a non-Cal version with both of mine capped off.
You also have a smaller main jet which puts less fuel in the mixture
which will run hotter and help burn more pollutiants. I do have a VW
manual that might have exact configuration if your system requires
that. Let me know if you need it, other wise cap it off would be my
quess.
