Wasn't it a crosswalk? It happened again yesterday. I was about to
cross the street in the marked crosswalk when a minivan driver caused me
to wait. This Sloth had its chin on the top of the steering wheel and
was driving very slowly through the 30 zone at about 10, which is
probably because it was idling in "D".
