I remember now. It was "Poncho Villa's" in the Astoria Hotel. The memory
is the second thing to go!

No, never heard of Patio Beach. Where's that? We went to Phuket Island,
Thailand several times. We enjoyed the Le' Meridian Resort there. They had
a baby elephant our daughter (age 7-9 back then) loved to play with.
